​Eligibilty:

You must be 19+ to get tattooed at Stormhouse Tattoos. No exceptions. You can not get tattooed if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

Deposit Policy:

​

A deposit is required to book your tattoo session. The price of your deposit will be taken off the total of your final appointment with your Artist. All deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel prior to 48 hours before your appointment. Deposit will be forfeited if no showed, late by 20+ minutes, more than 3 reschedules, or cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours to appointment. Valid for 6 months of initial booking date.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

Please provide your Artist as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If you do not provide a minimum of 48 hours notice when rescheduling then you will forfeit your deposit to your Artist and will be required to send in a new one if you wish to rebook the appointment. 3+ reschedules will also result in forfeiting your deposit.

No Show/Late Policy:

If you are going to be late, please contact your Artist and let them know as soon as possible. If you are 20+ minutes late your Artist may require you to reschedule your appointment. No shows automatically forfeit your deposit and you will be asked for a new one if you wish to rebook.

Touch Up Policy:

​

If something goes wrong with the initial healing of your tattoo don't worry it's covered, as long as it was not due to your own fault. Our Artists will touch up your tattoo for free within 1 year after getting your tattoo done. Touch ups beyond this point will be up to the Artist’s discretion.
